DJ Battle Graphic via Def Jam / HMC
In an effort to provide special opportunities to the worldwide DJ community during this time, we've partnered with Def Jam Recordings for our first ever online-virtual DJ battle through Instagram Live.
HMC's own DJ Ease hosted & co-judged the battle alongside special guest judges J Espinosa & DJ Ever. Having made it to the 2nd stage, a total of 8 finalists flexed their talents to a crowd of over 650+ IG Live viewers competing in over $2,000 in cash prizes, kicks, and free HMC memberships. Of those viewers, we had guest drop-ins from icon D-Nice, singer/songwriter Joe Jonas, the respected Moe Shalizi, Quarantunes own DJ Vice & many others.
